SEMPER POLONIA FOUNDATION Mission: The Foundation’s goal is to help Polish Communities environments, to build Polish lobby on the international arena, to promote Polish and Polish Communities’ achievements (including economical, scientific and cultural achievements) and to take actions for the benefit of saving Polish heritage in the world.
- Scholarships for talented youth of Polish descent, who study at universities in their residence countries Work practices for Polish Communities’ students in Polish companies and institutions; -Scholarships for candidates for doctor’s degree for university graduates, who are of Polish descent but graduated from studies in their resident countries; - Polish Communities’ Labor Exchange – support in employing university graduates, ex Foundation’s scholarship holders, in foreign branches of Polish companies or in foreign companies cooperating with Poland; - Ex Libris POLONIA – creation of libraries in schools with Polish language as a language of instruction, in foreign universities which have Polish courses or Polish studies and in public libraries which have Polish books sections; equipping Polish workshops with teaching aids, computer and audiovisual equipment Polish Communities’ School Olympic Clubs that promote active sport practicing in Olympic spirit among youth from Polish Communities; - Graduate – professional and social elicitation of ex- and current SEMPER POLONIA scholarship holders by taking part in Graduates’ Club activities and supporting realization of Foundation’s programs; - Save from falling into oblivion – documentation and activities for the benefit of Polish cultural heritage in the world by youth from Polish Communities; - Andrzej Drawicz’s prize awarded since year 2000 for multiplying role and importance of Polish heritage in the world, especially for forming partnership contacts with other nations in the spirit of tolerance, respect for difference and mutual understanding.
